If your company needs special data (cost centre, project code, contact person for expenses), email contact@serenestudio.ro before check-in and we will add the information on the invoice.
The 199.99 RON/night rate is flat and includes VAT. There are no hidden fees like resort fee or service charge - the price shown at booking is exactly what appears on the invoice, plus the local city tax paid separately during online check-in.
Arrivals and departures at any hour
Business travel rarely means arriving at exactly 15:00. Serene Studio's self check-in works regardless of your real arrival time.

- Late evening or night arrival - the key-box code is waiting for you in the guidebook after the online check-in is complete

Yes. Self check-in with the key-box code works 24/7 after 14:00 - no need to call anyone. The code becomes available in the guidebook after the online check-in is complete (ID verification, selfie, city tax, signed house rules).
How long does it take to reach Pipera and Floreasca corporate areas?
From Piata Muncii metro (4 minutes on foot from Serene Studio) you reach Pipera in 25-30 minutes by metro (transfer M1→M2 at Piata Victoriei) and Floreasca in 20 minutes (M1→M2 at Piata Romana). Add 5-10 minutes during rush hour.
Can I reach Otopeni Airport early in the morning?
Yes. The direct Gara de Nord → Airport train takes 25 minutes and runs at 1:52, 7:52, 11:12, 13:52, 21:12 and 23:12. From Serene Studio take the metro at Piata Muncii to Gara de Nord (~10 minutes), then the train. Total: about 50 minutes, with no airport traffic.
Can I park a company car free of charge?
Yes. Street parking is free in the residential area, usually with spots available nearby (no reserved spot). No hotel-style parking fee applies.
Is there work space in a 35 m² studio?
Yes. The studio has a desk with natural light, enough room for a laptop and documents, a comfortable chair for a few hours of work. It is not a fully equipped office with an external monitor, but it covers a normal remote day or a few hours between meetings.
Can I book for a colleague at the company?
Yes. The booking is online and you can complete it on behalf of another colleague. Check-in details (ID, selfie, signature) must match the person who enters the studio - that is a legal requirement for accommodation.
